JHS forces built the reinforced concrete work for a 13 storey hotel, stair & elevator towers for 3 - 3 storey office buildings, and an under ground parking garage for 250 cars.

This work was performed under the direction of the Construction Manager McKay-Cocker of London.

Concrete work started in May 1989 and was completed in April 1990.

Total concrete quantity = 10,782 cm
